THINGS TO NOTE:

☑️ Primary renter must be at least 24 years of age, provide a photocopy of ID, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. 
✅ Primary renter also agrees to a $300 damage deposit hold that will be placed on their credit card and released after an uneventful stay.
🐾 One small dog welcome (max 35 lbs) with advance notice and a non-refundable fee. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
